Accrediting Agency” implies a National, Regional, or Specialized Accrediting Agency or association that appears on the list of recognized accrediting agencies published by the United States Secretary of Education or any other Accrediting Agency the Delaware Secretary of Education, deems inside his or her discretion, to be reliable or be equivalent to those on the published list. This was clarified by circular dated January 7, 1985 wherein it has been stated that the NTC holders have been given recognition to teach industrial subjects in the secondary schools for onferring NTC and that candidates holding NTC are not eligible for the post of teachers in the Panchayat Samities.
